Never had any other issues regarding stability or performance with their devices and will soon purchase an Android license from NDrive.All Hyundai vehicles with a navigation system have a map and points of interest database that should be updated to better help you locate recently added roads or new points of interest. They are a Portuguese company, so typos are prone to happen (hell, even with anyone talking or typing in their damn mother language). Oh and i bet i would laugh my ass off if i saw you trying to type or talk in Portuguese. Possibly you messed up big time your device, so learn to do things right before you start blaming others. I enquired them regarding your situation and they replied that if the maps are trial, then it means the activation license is corrupted or was deleted. Also with the maps they've sent i got UPDATED AND WORKING maps.
There was nowhere to be seen the "costumer" word so it was prolly a typo.
I contacted NDrive Support December 8th and they replied to me in the same day with an approximate reply like the one you received. I've bought 2 devices from Canadian Tire and i also got bad image file. Hey "Costumer", let's clear some things first. Also remove TRD00000 folder ġ0 - After the files are copied to the card, insert the MicroSD card back into the equipment and reset it by using a thin object in the reset hole, located on the back of the equipment. To install the software, follow the instructions below:ġ - Connect the Micro SD card to a card reader Ħ - Open the file you downloaded, and copy its contents to the Desktop Ĩ - Copy "Help", "NDrive" and "ToResident" to the Micro SD card. You will need a card reader to perform this operation. Follow the instructions to install the software and maps in your memory card. But please make sure that you don't make my mistake - save a copy of your map files!!! The maps they provided me with were outdated trial versions only. Hey, guys, I did get one reply from Ndrive support, and in it was a working link to working, updated o/s files.
